week 52 "The little Christmas tree" story, part IV for the full story including special features and final edition check out: "The little Christmas Tree" (available from Dezember 1st until January 10th). Next, the ducklings and the Cookie-Mouse thought about decorating the tree; with everyone getting excited, there by the sea.
They built paper
dresses for the little tree, checking what looked best, there near the sea.
They even baked ornaments for their friend by the sea, adding decorations - sweet as can be. . . . to be continued on Christmas Eve with the big finale on Christmas Day
week 51 "The little Christmas tree story" part III After all those hours of studying, the little tree passed it's TATs*, scoring a higher than most other Christmas trees.
Later Mr. Beaver inspected and praised the little tree, leaving it standing proudly there near the sea. *(Tree Achievement Test)
week 50 Croc and his friends even tried to educate the little Christmas tree, standing there - no longer alone - by the sea. They taught the little tree everything they knew about the holidays
about stockings, Christmas corals*(?), and how to shine on Christmas eve - in safe ways. *We told you ducks can('t) spell, right?!? . . . to be continued
week 49 Once upon a time . . . there was a little Christmas tree
standing all alone on the beach, near the sea. Soon, our four ducklings discovered the tree, standing alone, there by the sea. The Cookie-Mouse exclaimed "We have to feed it and help it grow" So the ducklings brought formula, water, cookies and a Christmas ornament to show. week 48

Holidays November 11th: Veterans' Day (USA) St. Martin's Day or Martinstag or Martinmas (celebrated in Germany, Austria, UK, Denmark, Belgium, Netherlands, Estonia, Malta, Slovenia, Croatia, Switzerland, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Czech Republic, parts of Latin America the USA and Canada) St. Martin, born as Martin of Tours, started out as a Roman soldier. He was baptized as an adult and became a monk. It is understood that he was a kind man who led a quiet and simple life. The most famous legend of his life is that he once cut his cloak in half to share with a beggar during a snowstorm, to save the beggar from dying of the cold. In Latin America St. Martin has a strong popular following and is frequently referred to as San Martín Caballero, in reference to his common depiction on horseback. Let's think about the less fortunate this St. Martin's Day and share our cloak of wealth
It's cool to share - but it's also heart warming week 45

HAPPY HOLIDAYS
![]() 'T was the night before Christmas... ......when out on the beach All the ducklings were sleeping, Croc and mouse within reach. The stockings were hung on a palm tree with care, In hopes that St. Nick'las soon would be there; The ducklings were nestled all snug on the sand, With visions of sugar-plums and cookies at hand; When a few feet away there arose such a clatter, I woke up and sprang to see what was the matter. When, what to my wondering eyes should appear, But a miniature sleigh, and eight tiny reindeer, With a little old driver, so lively and quick, I knew in a moment it must be St. Nick. He was chubby and plump, a right jolly old elf, And I laughed when I saw him, in spite of myself; A wink of his eye and a twist of his head, Soon gave me to know I had nothing to dread; He spoke not a word, but went straight to his work, And filled all the stockings; then turned with a jerk, And laying his finger aside of his nose, And giving a nod, round the palm tree he rose; He sprang to his sleigh, to his team gave a whistle, And away they all flew like the down of a thistle. But I heard him exclaim, ere he drove out of sight, "Happy Christmas to all, and to all a good-night!" SPECIAL EVENT DECEMBER 20th, 2008 ![]()
